Pastor John came to serve as the Senior Pastor of FBC in 2016. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Master’s University and his Master’s of Theology (ThM.) from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Senior Teaching Pastor
Pastor John came to serve as the Senior Pastor of FBC in 2016. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Master’s University and his Master’s of Theology (ThM.) from Dallas Theological Seminary.
John was born and raised in Southern California and after marrying Kimberly and attending seminary, spent several years in Northern California where he served as an Associate Pastor. He and Kimberly have been married since 2009 and have 6 children: Elena, JR, Levi, David, Abigail, Nathan.
John's favorite part of pastoral ministry is having a front-row seat to seeing God's sanctification and work in the lives of His people.
In his free time, John can be found overseeing the Fine Arts and Mathematics part of their kid's home-school education, performing every home project known to man, or disc golfing out on the course with his sons and/or friends.

Angie helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both leadership and the congregation with care and attention to detail.
Building Maintenance
Richard Webb
Rich faithfully cares for the church facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for ministry. From routine upkeep and repairs to preparing spaces for services and events, he works behind the scenes to support everything that happens within our church.
OUR ELDERS
Our Elders are chosen in accordance with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Our Elders function as the church's primary leadership team and are responsible for protecting and presenting the Word of God, and the spiritual development and direction of the church under Christ.

Cameron Pickford
Cameron Pickford
Elder
Cameron and Shanté Pickford were married in September of 2008, They have three daughters, Aláthea, Caitrìona and Talìa. They live in Charlotte with their two cats, one Goldendoodle, one parakeet, three guinea pigs and eighteen chickens. In his free time, Cameron enjoys painting, building Star Trek models, reading, and watching classic cartoons with his kids.
Cameron received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Adrian College, and his Master of Arts from Regent University. By day, he works for the Michigan State Senate, and by night, he can be found assisting Shante in their homeschooling journey, solving math problems and talking about one of his favorite subjects: History!
Cameron has been given a passion to see marriages thrive as a representation of Christ and His bride, giving glory to our creator in a world hungry for stability and truth. The Lord has been gracious in giving Cameron and his bride the opportunity to mentor many young engaged couples since 2017.

Favorite Pastimes: Spending as much time as possible with kids and grand kids, Playing rhythm guitar with Twilight Memories Big Band, Solving Sudoku puzzles, Tinkering with a large selection of electronics that should have been thrown out
years ago.
Renee and Al were married two years after Al returned from Vietnam in 1969. Al says, Renee is very energetic and difficult to keep up with ;). Al and Renee have three beautiful daughters and seven wonderful grandsons, ages eleven to thirty-three.
Al received two associate degrees: Electronics Technology and Aviation Flight Technology in addition to his Commercial Pilot License, a General Ham Radio License(KC8SET) and a Class B Skydiver License(Christian Skydiver’s Association and Parachutists Over Phorty [POPs]).
Al is also proud to have recently received a certificate from Hillsdale College for the course “Constitution 101”.
After working as an electronic technician, mini-computer systems repair, and fifteen years as a network analyst for the State of Michigan, Al is enjoying retirement with Renee, their family, and his great FBC church family.
